Working with Heather has been the best investment for me.  I'm able to get a plan in place and actually stick with it!  Heather is always so positive and encouraging and is able to answer my fitness and food questions. These last 4 weeks have been so amazing.  I was a little bit different than her normal clients - I am healing from an eating disorder and was diagnosed with RA at age 28.  So, when it came to food I was not counting calories and when it came to exercise, I was limited due to pain and exhaustion, but this experience with Heather has been so eye-opening!  I've been able to see patterns with the food that I choose, and I've been able to make changes in how I nourish my body.  I've been able to push through some of the pain and exhaustion to exercise (which has made me feel better and has helped my symptoms.)

The most remarkable thing about accountability coaching with Heather has been her constant positivity and encouragement.  At the end of the first week, she sent me an email preparing for the second week.  I was hesitant as to what she may say about my first week, but she only wrote encouraging, uplifting, and positive things.  This helped by self-confidence and really changed the way I made goals and adjusted my efforts and discipline.  
She has been the best coach because she helps me see my potential and she encourages me to be a better version of me.  There's no negativity, there's no criticism, she often gives tips from her personal experiences, but they are all given in love and encouragement.  She has helped me learn how to be accountable to myself in a positive and self-building (rather than self-destructing) manner.  If anyone is on the fence about an accountability coach, I strongly suggest giving her 4 weeks to help you see how a positive, accountability coach can change your life.

I’m Heather.  I'm a certified personal trainer, nutrition & wellness coach, and accountability coach, but more importantly, I understand real life.  I am a mom, a wife, a scientist, and a lifelong health and fitness enthusiast who has started over from scratch countless times.

My approach is practical, supportive, and designed for longevity so you stop starting over and finally build habits that fit your life.  There are no quick fixes here!
